Purchase Cobb Hill cheese online- all orders are shipped via USPS on Tuesdays or pick-up at our farm stand. Ship date for Thanksgiving is Friday November 21st. Holiday ship dates in December are Monday December 8th or 15th or Friday December 26th.

All of our cheeses are made from raw milk from pastured Jersey and Holstein cows from our other side Cedar Mountain Farm. From May to September the herd grazes on pasture During the non-pasture season, the Jerseys eat hay from our own fields and neighboring farms.
